Residence at Montage Deer Valley

One of our most recently completed projects is a residence at Montage Deer Valley. It is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath unit that boasts the sleeping availability of 16(!) with the large bunk room.

When diving into projects like this one, we turn to a list of trusted and reliable resources, craftsmen and artists that we have accrued over the years. We knew we wanted to bring as much local work into this project as we could. For instances, many of the art pieces were chosen from Gallery MAR on Historic Main St., Park City - just minutes down the canyon from the Montage. Art installation was done by Dave of Aisling Art. Carpet throughout the residence was sourced from locally owned Topmark Floor & Design of Park City. The general contractor on the job was Jake English of South Fork Construction. Check out the full project in our Portfolio!

Bridgette Meinhold draws inspiration for her works from deep in the Wasatch Mountains of which she calls home. This piece depicts a blustery, snowy mountain scene in her use of encaustic methods.

Mary Scrimgeour nourishes her work by travel and interpreting the world by painting from emotion. We thought this piece, with its playfully native roots, was perfect for the bunk room.

Raised in a rural town outside of Salt Lake City, Ron Russon's art reflects his roots and relationship with nature. The use of bold colors in this piece really draws out the whimsy in the rest of the living space. Metal work was done by Ryan from RC Ornamentals out of Heber, UT.

Dee Dee Lantzy, now based in Salt Lake City, UT pulls inspiration for her pieces from the magic happening in nature. This piece is resin on wood with detailed origami cranes.

We wanted the lighting in the living room to be a focal point for the room and to catch the eye. This concrete lighting installation was molded by Jeff of Concept in Salt Lake City.

The bathroom vanities, living room shelves, and bunks were designed and created in collaboration with Nikos Sawyer from Sawyer Woodworks out of Salt Lake City. His work is detailed, refined and definitely a team favorite!

This oversized custom vanity mirror was created by Rustica Hardware out of Springville, UT.

The fireplace facade in one of the master bedrooms was completed locally by Artesano Plaster. I love how this ever so sightly adds an element of texture without over powering the room.

The large sectional in the main living area was constructed by Patrick of European Expressions.
